its not that they tell you to shift while turning, but to shift right before you turn, that way you keep moving rather than whining the engine... as you are turning you dont shift... but i am not sure if that is what they told you but that was the instruction that i received... I am currently going to that same school and yes there are things that are shaky about the financing...
