I'd stay far away from cypress. I run FL a lot and see their trucks often. Their equipment is junk that is barely roadworthy.

Please reference Oscar's sticky thread. Please read this before posting.

I used to drive for cypress for a very short time and I tried to rehire but they turned me down ...I have a clean record no accident I have done a lot of local ltl for a while and noe im glad they didn't hire me back I remember the junk I had to drive and try to sleep in

Melton truck lines is the far best on that list . They hire everywhere in Florida except south of tampa. So if you live near west palm or fort lauderdale or sarasorta then they cant hire u.

Depending on what part of FL your in, Boyd Bros does.

DO NOT GO TO CYPRESS TRUCK LINES. You have questions about them ask
-
I can only speak to Comcar or CCC. They have both Local and regional. Most of their trucks are beat down and governed at 62 .I was going to go there out of driving school but after seeing their equip and the fact the guy said you likely would only make about $650 a week I passed. All of Meltons equipment I have seen seems to be in pretty good shape. I have seen a lot of cypress since I live in Tampa and have to echo the other comments,
