Hi guys,I have a 2000 freightliner classic and the blower motor only works on #4,I changed the blower motor that was burned out and I also put a new resistor in it and still only works on. #4 only, anyone have any ideas.and also the voltage gauge drops down yo about 11 or so when I put the lights on.but the batteries are good and alternator both showing 14 volts with everything on,lights are bright and been starting with no problem at all ,could it be just a bad gauge.if someone can help thank you very much

If blower motor was in really bad shape I have seen the plug in on switch kinda melt due to motor drawing to many amps. Had an IH even get acc wire at key too hot from same thing. Just something to look at or think about.
Zeeny Thanks this. -

Bad relay.
Speeds 1-2-3 run off the same relay but 4 runs off it's own relay.
Funny cause the hi-speed one is always the one to quit on me. -
Freight liner sells the whole harness for under $100 dollars. Found it to be that a few times. More disturbing is that the local dealer had two in stock lol.
