Starter CB Radio

    Yeah I gotta find a good cb shop to look at it and tell me if it's in decent shape and actually worth messing with or if I should just buy a new 29.

    I' d just probably just get rid of it. You' ve already got it pegged as a POS. I doubt a trip to the cb shop will change your opinion.

    I know this was from 2 weeks ago, but I would find a decent shop to at least look at it. Any reputable shop will look at it free of charge, then if you still want to get another radio, you can sell the 148 to offset the cost of a new one depending on what if anything is wrong with the 148.

    Yeah that's kinda what I thought. Just hard to find a shop near where I live. When I'm trucking I don't hit the "main routes" cause I pull tankers so we do a lot of farm runs.
