the other one I was looking at was a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but it needed transmission work. Funny, when I was 18 I would have been overjoyed to spend a Saturday yanking that thing apart to save some $$$, just doesn't seem like that much fun anymore and I have other things to do anyways ! It would be cool to have a Jeep though, never had one o them !
Where is everyone #2!!

Our eldest (17) has a 99 Grand. Bought it with a spun rod bearing when he was 15, rebuilt the motor etc, and he is now driving it all over. Paid $625 for it with a very clean body.
Here is a couple of shots of our collection....Not including the eldest boys rig.
Our wheeling rig. 98 XJ on 37's, front and rear selectable lockers in JK 44 axles. 4:1 gearing in the transfer case, and so on.
Project we picked up for cheap. Will probably make it into another wheeling rig.
Wifes Rover pulling my Rover. It was on its way to get a new exhaust, because someone dropped a built LSx into the engine bay
Pic of said engine bay.... Still got some bugs to work out, but it's getting there. This is the ONLY LSx powered P38 Range Rover known, and it has been an up hill battle to say the least.
Martindannythetrucker and milskired Thank this. -
No Baytown is. When we first moved to Houston, we didn't know the area and we didn't want to be stuck in a year lease someplace where we didn't want to be. The only place big enough that would rent to us month to month was literally in the worst neighborhood in Baytown. We got comfortable and one month turned into four until we got robbed and we moved into a gated community within a week.
