I'm seeing Van Wyks in passing from time to time. Still resisting the temptation to wave. I'm tooling around the countryside in a Holland Enterprises Cascadia these days.

Ill be headed back to iowa area on monday then onto sheldon to turn my truck in... I think I found a better oppurtunity with another company. I just can't do this % no more & same traffic lanes. I still believe its a great company just not for me personally no more. Fun while it lasted. Ill poke my head in here from time to time to see what's goin on with yall! Later....

How are you liking them so far Mark? I hear they do quite a bit of coast to coast stuff.

It's a good deal. 1450 miles average length of haul. Paid by the mile. Much like Van Wyk in a lot of ways. Well maintained equipment, attainable bonuses, etc. Similar size company. Shortest load I've had so far was 650 miles. A couple like that and then everything else has been 1000+. Beats the stuffing out of the crazytown I was in with my Oil Patch job. Three months running a 379 on oilfield roads with a wrecked suspension...grumble rumble rebel debel...

That's good to hear. I stopped at the TA in North Bend this afternoon & after I heard you were running for Holland I gave a good look over of the 4 trucks of theirs I saw wondering if we'd cross paths.
