Maverick Transportation

I dont know about transportation but specialized divison is about worthless, all that goes on is a lot of lies and games, making delivery appointments to take 3-4 days when it actually takes 1-2. the qaulity of the equip. is crappy, trucks are all tore up trailers even brandnew ones are tore up. the shop in laurinburg is so hard to get any work done, they want you to run un safe donr the road..the worst part is when a transportation and a specialized pass each other ya dont get as much as a wave or any kind of help.(talk about feeling like blacksheeps)heck if it wasnt for the glass maverick would have even made a profit.

 

Any of you Maverick drivers been through the HQ in N Little Rock? How much snow did they get, and did it effect operations that much?

 

I start tmc monday at iowa for oreintation driving up there from arkansas in the morning any tips?

Haven't seen it mentioned, does Maverick do much into New York City? Just curious.

 

I havn't seen anything that says they don't so they probably do. how much is a different story.

 

What's the Maverick Appearance code like? Will they have an issue with my gotee?? Just shaved my head again so no worries about long hair

 

try your local walmart to drop your truck and trailer. I always see trucks sitting in the parking lot of them on the weekend.

 

What a bummer! Just got a call from Mav, wanting to know if I could be there for orientation on Sunday, the 13. They were real nice, and appologized for the late call, seems the person on the NC list ahead of me, whom they called on Tuesday, called them today to say he wasn't coming.

I'd love to go, but can't quite work it to be on the bus tomorrow. So Beth said it could be any where from 1 to 3 (possibly more, but she seriously doubted it) weeks before they call me again.

So I'm real excited that they haven't forgotten about me , but bummed that I had to say no for this week.

 

today is the 13th, you mean the 16th? Why do you need to catch the bus tomarrow (friday) for sunday class? Are you that far from the terminal?
