I don't know the model number, but it does have the GPS.
I'll say this much about it....it isn't worth the powder to blow it to hades.
I work inside in night dispatch now and I can tell you that at any one time 25% or more of the modules are not working or partially working. They freeze up, shut down and simply fail to work. Since they send and receive signal from cell towers (not sattellite) many signals are missed, causing all kinds of extra work for the inside.
In addition, the GPS is crap. I cannot begin to tell you the number of drivers routed the wrong way, under low bridges and around their butts to get to their elbow from that crap system.
I had it in my truck the last two months I drove and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Asked a friend that works for Stevens...
    Think it's the MCP200 though.

The GPS is just about worthless if you miss a turn. Unless they figured out a way to improve it.

    edit
He said it was the MCP200

yeah ive not understood why the units are 3G cell phone based signal.... you would think that the EOBR's have sat connectivity but apparently not...
Does Stevens let use use our own GPS units or on our smart phones or are we restricted to the new truckers road atlass's???

Stevens ALWAYS encourages the use of maps and atlas as complimentary tools to getting the job done.
Many drivers use independent GPS units that really work, such as Rand McNally and Garmin (those are the two most common)
No one device will do it all. You can't build a house with just a hammer.
I'm sure the reason for the 3G connectivity is price. It's got to be a whole lot cheaper than uplinks to sats.

I use the Rand McNally and have pretty good success with it..as it is Stevens sends us the optistops so I include them in the routing and it almost always forces the GPS to follow the recommended route... then it is time to check the route in the Atlas to make sure you are not taking any restricted routes.

You can use whatever you want, but using your phone or a non-trucking GPS just adds to the chances you will be routed somewhere you shouldnt be.

    Emulsified Thanks this.
