How are you doing, Pete? Are you on the road or home for Thanksgiving? The King was given a choice for the first time ever ....Christmas or Thanksgiving. He chose Christmas but should be home tomorrow and we will have a big dinner then. I hope all is well with you and yours .....and that you are getting to take some time off now and again to enjoy life.

Woohoo! My truck isback on the yard and waiting for me. Brand new bumper, grill, and mirror shell. My buddy is on the yard and says the truck looks great. Im swapping this load in TX then getting a load that will send me to Olathe to switch trucks. This one has some screwed up drive tires. I had a great day at home yesterday and have lots of leftovers for dinner.

 

Well I got screwed. Swapped in TX and was given a 200 mile run frm Rockwall to Cleburne today and then Rockwall to OKC tomorroe to put me back n track wit the PP for Holcomb to Emporia then the yard ehich is ehat I was doen for after Denver. I said screw it, give mr a deadhead number so I can get fuel, Im going to Olathe today. Got my DH# and get up to go inside and realized I was wayyy more dizzy than I realized. I am getting sick AGAIN. I have a fever AGAIN, probably due t thr fact that thr fan n this truck doesnt work and I cant circulate heat whilr I drive and have been freezing. I just got over being sick for a month solid. Not sure if i will stil try to drive later, but fot now im better off going to bed for a bit.

 

Ha, Im not going anywhere anyways. In addition to two bad drive tires, both pass side axle seals are blown or something. The rims are covered in so much oil that it has sprayed up the sidewalls of the tires

 

I have a question for ya'll. I haven't drove in 7 years but have a cdl with 2 1/2 years previous. Does TransAm have a refresher?
