I was leased to Watkins-Shepard and we shared loads with TMC. They always requested a shiny truck and were good to us. Liked their drivers and their trucks but had my own. They said there were rules aout leavng stuff on the floor but it was the only complaint I heard except for a snitch who called in because a drivers tarp wasn't tight enough. We got good paying loads from them and most were 2300-2500 miles.

I been here a little over a month and love it so far. beats the heck outta dragging that reefer around and since im a smallish guy its getting me back into shape pretty dang quick. I made about as much money in training as I did at my last job and the trainer I had was a super cool ex marine, which by the way marines are actually always marines. coming here so far has been the best move i have made since i joined the army. will update though, we all know things change.
James j Thanks this. -
Good luck buck, I am pretty sure I met your trainer a time or 2. All though there is a ton of guys at TMC who were in the Corp so it is probably just another guy. It is a great place and again good luck!

What is the home time like for tmc

What is the home time like for tmc like I have heard good and bad things about it

If you keep the wheels turning and do your job the way they want it done you will get home way more often than not. Most of the people you see posting here saying TMC won't get you home are people who couldn't do the job for one reason or another and no longer work there so they talk a lot of BS to make TMC look bad. I have been here 4 years and have never had problems getting home.

TMC will get you home almost every weekend just like they tell you on the website. You can do very well there. Look up my post about TMC on this thread and it will answer most of your questions. I worked there for 2.5 years and it was a great job! The only reason I left was because of a local driving job home everyday and making a little bit more money. The home everyday thing is what I wanted because I am young and have a 1 year old daughter and a wife. I also will admit to missing the job and the people I worked with and under. All are great people and treated me with the same respect I gave them. Never was yelled at or really talked down to like you may read on here. If you stay clean, are safe, and do your job right and don't half*** anything you can make great money there.
