Help for a new driver wanted

Try to work out payment plan with your company and talk them out of putting it on your DAC report (if they havent already) Stay at your company for over 3 more years and keep record spotless and if you leave then leave nicely give notice and dont anger them. Anyway just my advice

Rear end collisions equal driving too fast for weather/traffic conditions or tailgating...both are conscious decisions made by the vehicle operator. No excuses...not a mistake....bad ....REALLY bad decision making.......Good Luck moving forward. Rear-end collisions...roll-overs....DUI's...failed drug screens..are all pretty much a guarantee of a decent company not hiring you for a good bit of time. You may have to take a job that you really don't ;like for a spell to build-up some accident -free driving time..maybe 3 to 5 years before decent company will be willing to talk to you about a job.
