Roehl Driver Check In Continued

At oak creek yard. Looks like my secret is out, this place is packed. Got a load of slinkies to Ohio.

 

At westernmost Ohio Turnpike travel plaza. Deliver a load of galvanized conduit to Chicago on Thursday morning. The weather in Wheatland, PA this afternoon was amazing -- low 60s. Yeah, I know I'm about to see a change....

 

Broke out the short sleeves while down here in MS. Had AC on or window down most of the day.

 

Actually not bad here in oak creek, just a tshirt, wasn't chilled. Around 50.

 

Yep, that is the second train hit that I know of since I started working here.

 

Is it a physics problem? They don't understand mass, speed difference?

 

I know the first one was awareness, didn't know they were on the tracks. The second one I don't actually know, just the new paper report stating he tried to beat the train. that's just stupid.

 

Lol, wow. Sounds similar to last place I was at. Dude backed into one of our own trucks in the yard, and broke the headlight. He actually put in report that mirrors were dirty and he couldn't see. Umm, yeah appreciate the honesty, seek employment elsewhere.

 

Well certainly glad I got out of SD and across MN yesterday. Holy crizapple.
