Hey I go down I-78 to Allentown all the time. I'm not governed but always get a chuckle sitting in the right lane on the jake, while all the governed trucks blister the paint on the side of my trailer... It's an easy place to pick up a speeding ticket if you're not paying attention, for sure.
One ticket and he is out!!!! Help!!!!

The good news is that he's out of CR England and he has his CDL. The bad news is it will be tougher to catch on with somebody else. If I was in his shoes, i'd be checking Craigslist for local driving opportunities.Arizona..Fats Thanks this. -
Sorry to hear this. I know I wouldnt want to work at Walmart. MIN WAGE 32 hrs week. I would try like .... to get another driving job. YOU Say its not on his dmv or dac YET. I would go to local dmv immediately get a fresh driving record report and send of for your dac report quickly . Take that with you to look for jobs.Who knows maybe you never drove for England? Maybe you got your cdl thru a private training school and have been working (for a buddy) the last 9 months.

Second, If he doesn't get the ticket reduced and winds up with 16 over on his MVR he's done driving for 10 years. His hope lies with that lawyer. I hope he was polite to the officer. If he wasn't it was probably noted in his report and he'll have zero chance to get a reduction. -
10 yrs????????????????? Says who? What companies wait that long with a wreckless ticket.I thought it was 3 yrs or there abouts.

I stand corrected. I can't remember everything! I was close though.

Apply to another company and try your luck

Some of you are full of it...
She never said it was a wreckless, just 16 over.
I work with a family member here at a good job, home weekends, nice equipment, good pay and he's had 3 15+ overs and his license suspended...
Just find the right small company... probably treat him better than those mega-carriers anyhow...
I wanted to add, I live in PA, and rolling down the hills for a run at the next is common, but I'm sure none of you high & mighty perfect truck drivers never go above the speed limit...'olhand Thanks this. -
