    Almost all companies rely on Employment verification from your previous employers. If they don't verify most companies don't consider it experience.

    A friend of mine worked 3 days as a casual in 2003 for a company. In 2012 he applied for a driving position where I work at and was denied a position despite not having a moving violation or accident in 19 years because a company called hireright.com found his 3 days of employment that 9 years later he forgot about.
