It is true, according to discussions earlier in this thread. Driver pasted the section of applicable NYC regs.
At St. Paul Park yard for the night. Dropped my relay here and it's too late (for me, at least) to drive home tonight. -6 F outside now; will be a good test of the bunk heater. -
Yeah, but you live south, so probably only -5.
-
The bunk heater was able to keep the sleeper area comfortable. Glad I didn't try driving home and stayed overnight in the truck instead. I noticed this morning that some of the electric cords to plug the trucks in while on hometime were bad...just what I'd want to deal with when relaunching -- a dead truck because of plugging it in with an inoperative cord. I let my FM know because I wasn't exactly sure whom to report it to.
-
Got my own cord.

Ok, back in Gary after delivery this morning, I was instructed to come here, and wait for a relay to home. No time frame given, but I'm ok with it right now. Just chillaxing.

2nd to last spot at 5:30 at the Flying John in Indy. Guy behind me got the really nasty one. It's a weekend so I was surprised. Still had a bountiful 18 minutes left to drive. 600+ mes doesn't make up for yesterday's 126, but if I could do that for five days...
Time to watch Buckeyes beat 'another' Michigan team GoBlue.
Good luck! (I didn't mean that) -
It is true. Fleet manager tried telling me it was a myth, but when I showed them the actual law they took the load off me.

At TA Knoxville. Done with my 560 miles given to me this weekend. Deliver Monday layover reset since I only have 24 hours left on 70.
-
ONLY 24 hrs? That's easy two full days.
