Turbo 3000d

I was talking to the former owner of the one I had (it made a good fuel filter holder for my tractor), and he said if they were serious about selling them, they would tie the money back guarantee with a mileage gain - not time - because by the time you get around to the 30 or 60 day period to return it, you can't really judge if it actually worked or not.

 

I recomend you talk to the folks at Pittsburgh power. They have items that actually increase your mpg

 

The only thing the Turbo 3000D that I bought was their pockets! I called them and complainted about my mileage didn't go up any. I was told by Turbo 3000D that I had to run it at least 25000 miles for it to "Clean" the carbon buildup out of my engine before my mileage would go up. Well by the time I ran the 25000 miles it was past the time to get my money back. I do a lot of the work on my truck and I should have known better than to buy into this scam.

 

If anyone is that stupid to buy one, you deserve to lose your money. The Turbo 3000D is made by the same place that Lucas Oil Stabilizer, Slick 50, Fairy Tales, Unicorns and Mermaids come from.

 

Jar-Head you would be better off putting your money toward a Bully Dog or someone to tune your ecm. That will help mileage plus get more power. The Turbo 3000d was the worst money I have ever spent on my truck for a "upgrade"

 

Heck, I average close to 8 on all miles, all loads on my stock 09 Prostar ... All I do is maintain it, change out the air filter every 3 months and run at 62 mph.

 

Oh man, you mean there are STILL people buying this junk?

Did you guys read any independent testing that verify the manufacturers' claims? I haven't seen any except the so called "independent testing" in the manufacturers' PAID ADVERTISEMENT.

If there were any one product that increased fuel mileage by 10% it would either earn the inventor a secret assassination by big oil or he/she would earn the Nobel Peace prize.

As for swirling fuel in the fuel line. What do you think that swirl is going to do when it gets compressed in that injector and out that little hole at extreme psi? Swirl my butt! Try explaining that sales pitch to an engineer who understands hydrodynamics. I bet he busts a gut when he hears how many high school drop outs bought that junk!
