I know companies all too well and I see you do too.You know what Navajo would do if you tell them to shove it,they would just laugh about it.Companies do not care and never will care.Drivers get angry and the upperstaff stays calm and could care less which makes drivers even angrier.

Oh, I'd put someone out of my truck. I'm a rigid non-smoker, for example. Light up in my truck and you're getting out at the next safe place. When I was asked to run a new driver up to Wisconsin with me from Indy, I asked if he smoked. Answer came back affirmative. Asked if he understood that if he lit up in my truck he'd be left on the side of the road. Answer came back affirmative.

We talked politics all the way up. Made the drop yard on 'off-duty driving' that's good for all of two miles. Even his gear smelled bad. But it was okay. First thing I asked him before I let him put anything in the truck, "Did they tell you... " Affirmative.

    Okay, fine.

Lots of reasons I might put someone out of my truck. Would also expect company to see to his/her safety and transportation afterwards.

I've only had experience with two outfits, and both have been pretty decent. I've had "family" pull some crap on my family and I have no patience for it. I will cut you off if you screw me over! I don't care who you are! That's where I come from.

Im not an OTR driver anymore, but I still follow these threads religiously, and this thread has definitely caught my attention. Better then watching a movie. Im real curious to see if Navajo makes any kind of response at all. After looking at there FB page it pretty clear that they are gonna have to do some deleting to clean up this irresponsible act. I'm betting come Monday morning you wont see any sign of this thread anywhere on there page.

Well see your professionalism comes first, you would make sure driver is taken care of by company. This poor excuse of a trainer dumped her ontop of a mountain.Navajo is just as much to blame or even more.

Wouldn't throw anyone out of my truck. Just pack them away in a different part of the truck. :biggrin_25522:
