1. We have JustPj, an attorney who lost everything in a divorce so she decided to become a truck driver. Who was supposedly put off her trainers truck in the middle of nowhere. But as she said, she was driving when she stopped the truck and called police, She also stated that Maddie stayed with her to make sure she was picked up. Also, Pj has refused all offers of help

2. We have Madison (Maddie) a cross dressing trainer, who was repeatedly called names by Pj by Pj's own admission

3.We have JBell, who comes on here to let everyone know that Pj is an attorney, what does that have to do with this?

4. We have Longbowtrucker09, Maddie's partner

This to me sounds like a bogus story by someone, Pj hoping to land a reality show, like the people whose son was in a hot air balloon that got away, while the son was hiding in the house.
This whole story sounds bogus

Unless you're trying to dramatize and sensationalize your predicament further than it already is, I think your plan is very unwise. For someone as educated as you say you are you either have no street smarts what so ever or you think you are very clever at building a case for a civil suit.

I may be just a poor boy from Wisconsin, but when I sat on jury duty I could cut through lawyer speak with the greatest of ease, because common sense trumps legalize.

How will it affect your case when the attorney for the respondent shows where you asked for help and then declined the help so you could travel with a stranger from a Craigslist ad?

I'm not trying to be a jerk or doubt your story of being tossed off the truck, but as all lawyers know, there's the law and then there's reality and the two are sometimes at opposite poles.

I wish you well and hope you get home safely, preferably by commercial means or family.

What is amazing about this is several months back there was a story about some trucker who was hungry and had no food or money and needed to eat...several people on this thread were on here trying to get him food and it turned out to be a hoax...i dont mind helping people but anyone who refuses to help themselves cant be helped...you all offered her money several times and she said all she needs is a ride....over three days she has refused your help so why continue to offer??? Also i have posted here a few other times questioning things and she never responds to my questions...something doesnt add up here people and if u cant see that then when u get hosed in this deal that is on you.
