I'll just dump my suspension and crawl through there.

 

It's out there way towards the end of i20 not too far from Big Springs. There's a majority hwy that runs north and south. There was the bridge that goes to 20 east from this hwy that was under construction, so you had to go west and immediately exit. There's a warning about this overpass and a sign that tells trucks to take the exit after. My truck is 11.5 tall and so I went underneath without issue.
