Freezing rain on trailer question

    Glad they helped. I bought a kitchen broom yesterday and it worked great getting the snow covered ice off of everything. Think I will buy some salt while I am here at the lowes.

    I always carried a steel shovel over plastic type just in case I needed to break ice. Also I used truck wash to de-ice on a couple of occasions. Ever try pre-treating your deck?

    Do a google search for liquid ice melt, most will work, for pre treatment or melting after the fact... they are expensive, but you can make your own with salt/ed water. (5gal bucket of water, add little rock salt, mix well, pour on deck, and broom the mix over entire deck. )
