Dry van. They are floor loaded with a pneumatic hose and they just get everywhere. I could have planted 40 acres with all the seed that wound up stuck in the bulkhead and between the floor boards.

I hear ya on this one. At Knight we hauled hay in the dry van trailers. Didn't matter how many times they got swept their would be more hay on the floor the next time you opened the doors.

The worse load? We all know what it is. It's that cheap load that you really didn't want, but you are 'doing someone a favor'. Then you have a breakdown. Service call, parts need to be ordered. Sitting in a motel for a week. Seemingly happens every time you do someone a favor.

Yep. Planner goes to your travel agent and asks, "Do you have a sucker, I mean driver, that will take this load of BS to the BS Bakery? They're running a little low on BS.

And your travel agent calls you up, " Hi Driver, how was your weekend? Anyways, we need your help. We have an incredibly hot load of BS that needs to be at the BS Bakery. They're a valued customer and they really need this this load. If they don't get it, all the little children won't get a BS cake in time for Christmas. Will you please do us this favor? The planner forgot to book it last week. You would really be helping us out and we will never forget this favor.

    Driver asks, "What's it pay?"

"80 cents per mile plus fuel."

    "That's BS! I can't haul a load that cheap"

" Well, you've hauled BS before...can't you do us this small favor?"

You wind up picking up an extremely heavy load of BS, And you're grossing 79890 on a quarter tank. You cook a tire, get shut down in a snow storm for a couple days, and then the receiver, the BS Bakery, is extremely slow about unloading you. "I thought this was a hot load."

Nope, just another load of BS.
