The Polaris board is hard to get on without a recommendation from another Polaris driver, especially if you are not hired onto the account. Until I got hurt in August, I generally cleared $1100-$1200 a week. The only other experience I have with the company is filling in on the Best Buy account out Flower Mound,TX. That was only during the shut down time in the summer while Polaris is re-tooling the production line for the new model year, it gets a little slower during that time.

I must also say that I was a dedicated driver for the DC out of DFW area. So I never had to go outside of a 7 state area of operations. I plan to get back there as soon as I can, but shoulder injuries take about 6 months to heal and I have both to worry about.
Eagleman 93- If you want to get on the Polaris board let your recruiter know and he can help get you there. The pay is different than what you will find on the Koch website for Dedicate as well. You will need a good pair in your drawers at first to go down the ramps to deliver the units. It will get easier the more you do it. Same with setting up the ramps.
