I don't see why any advertising company trying to hire drivers won't lay out what the pay is on the table, anytime I see this makes me think it's that bad to hide, I feel that this is the problem with today's companies..no one knows what to expect for pay until they are running loads for them and find out it's less than what they say

I once worked for a company that paid a percentage of the load. When I asked what the load paid I was told none of my business.

If you get paid on percentage you have the right to demand an audit. Regardless, the first time I got that response I'd put in my two weeks notice on the spot and then demand an audit. I do get paid percentage and I get the rate confirmation sent to my email if its a broker load. For regular customers dispatch will forward anything I want if I ask. :)

I'm not here to slam your job posting, but it does raise far more unnecessary questions/calls, with the lack of details "in writing".

I find it very odd that you go to great lengths to describe, in specific detail, your job qualifications, such as these excerpts:
"No more than one serious violation as defined on Table 2 of section 383.51 of the FMCSR handbook within the previous 36 months prior to qualification."
"No railroad-highway grade crossing offenses as defined on Table 3 of section 383.51 of the FMCSR handbook within the previous 36 months prior to qualification."

Yet, as to what a driver/employee can expect, you non-descriptively list:
    Motivated Individuals
    Weekly Salary + Bonuses
    Compensation for Medical & Dental
    Earned Paid Days Off
    Paid Holidays

In all honesty, that part really tells me "0", while your qualifications are written in detail and specific.
Frankly, if I'm expected to call/ask for info that can as easily be made informative & clear in the ad in the first place, well you know where I'm going...
I'm sure everyone knows that any verbal promise or agreement is 100% worthless, and only specifics in writing are what can be considered valid.
