Do not work for knight transportation!!!

Sorry but i Take 2 months off during the summertime. last year I ran 142,000 miles. From your experience of getting wind blown up yer cornhole you sure do sound like you do alot of it.

Let me guess...you also bang three women a night(all supermodels, of course), you taught Jimi Hendrix how to play guitar, and you're an ex-Navy Marine SEAL Force Recon Sniper Commando.

(I might just believe the 142K, but if that's true--given Knight's ripoff HHG miles--you only got paid for 110K of them. How's it feel to drive 10-20% of the time for nothing?)

 

Yes yes, and you had to walk uphill both ways to school in waist deep snow in 115F weather, 10 miles there and 15 miles back.

 

What you don't understand is I am on a dedicated run. Having a dedicated run you get to see the same miles basically every week. As for those that like to rip Knight transportation, I have a feeling there is a bit of jealousy. Either you got fired for you left on your own yet you still rip Knight transportation? Sounds like somebody has some issues. So tell us what companies do you work for? I guess these companies that you work for are so perfect. Just because you cannot make Knight transportation work for you doesn't mean others cannot.

 

And of course they have dedicated runs for everyone.

 

Ok if your on a dedicated run, from where to where? Solo or team? And how are you having 2 months off? I did dedicated for Knight when I was there running local on Macy's. Did a lot more than my fair share and did not make extra for it. Btw I drive for The Private Fleet now and I average better miles here than I did with Knight. I don't mind that you are sticking up for your company but your miles are hard to believe so just lay out what you are doing so we can see how true it is.

 

Does it really matter if HIS miles claims are true? The average driver going to Knight won't escape the fact that they only have around 2k miles per week per truck to hand out.

 

$600 a week average is what I made there. I don't really have anything bad to say about them. Except for their recruiters. They lie.

 

Sorry buddy, Knight won't let their dedicated drivers take two months off in the summer.

You would have to run 525 per day for the entire 10mos.

Knew a driver that ran Seattle to Spokane and back every day except Sun. Do the math. Those yrly miles are possible at knight. Just depends on the driver and terminal they run out of.
