I got some good news today.

The plan for the winter is for me to run any grain loads which wont be many and handle any loads from our main direct shipper. Its hard to say how much work this will be but its mostly local and regional. I ran enough this year and I still have my small business to run so a lesser work load will be fine.

I want to spend a lot of time in my spear house this winter and the boss goes south for the winter so this should work out great.

 

That doesn't sound too bad at all.

 

Sitting at the house. Got to the terminal in Wichita yesterday and they took my curtain side away and gave it to a new driver. Told me to take a flatbed and go pick up a 17' wide going south so I bobtailed north to the house.

Made it home. Trying to do laundry, but the discharge pump is on strike. Time to go visit the neighbor lady.

 

In the 10 years here I've only pulled QD's and curtain's a total of a dozen times.. just say'n

Then I have to move two of these from Grand Prairie to Fort Worth Alliance airport on Saturday and load them on the Antonov. Then on Monday I have to hook to a 19' 6" wide in Tulsa, OK and take it to Savannah, GA YAAAAAAH!!

Well I knew it was too good to be true when I got to pull it.
