Thanks for the info drivers. My first choice is still LST. Start orientation 13 January. I messed up and applied to one of those apply to all apps. a couple of months ago and now all the Flatbed companies call me everyday (E. W. Wylie, WTI, Boyd, PGT, TMC etc.). What I like about LST after talking with the rest is that LST seems to be where I can get Flatbed experience, because I am a newbie skateboarder :biggrin_25520:, and I can get experience with OD freight and eventually move up to Heavy Haul freight. I am also planning to buy my own truck by next July and I like the option of also staying on with LST as an O/O. So as you can see I am excited about LST after doing a lot of home work on various Flatbed companies.

Figured my luck was going to run out with this new (to me) truck sooner or later and it has, egr codes started popping up after getting fuel the other day and I've had to basically limp this load to Nevada. Truck has no power on even the slightest hill and the fuel pedal does not respond. Got 145 miles left, gonna try and get it done then go to the shop I guess.

thanks man, its in the shop but still have part of the load that delivers a couple miles down the road and the planner is wanting it delivered of course so he's calling me asking about the truck and there isn't much I can say. Kind of an unusual situation to say the least.

I've been there before man. Broke down 2 days before Thanksgiving one year. Nothing sucks more than breaking down before a holiday because you know that'll just delay the process even further.

Hope it's nothing major and you're back on the road soon.

Headed to East Peoria to pick up a dozer going to Waco then hopefully home from there. Stay safe out there gentlemen.

appreciate it bro but from the early estimate its going to be a while, they said they really hadn't had a chance to look it over yet but they did see a 'bunch' of codes. I had a load lined up headed towards the house too lol.

Yeah I have been there too. I broke down with JCT right before Thanksgiving in 2011 with JCT and I did not get my truck back for 10 days with the Holidays (EGR system). Hey drivers I could not wait I moved my orientation day with LST up to the 6th January 2014. Wish me luck, I am a newbie to flat bedding.

Hey what kind of trucks are LST assigning these days.

You could get a T660, 379, 386 or 387 like dj has. Just depends on whats sitting on the yard.

Never fails. That seriously sucks dude.

Picked up a dozer in East Peoria heading to Waco. 10' wide and 51,100 pounds. Hoping they send me home after delivery Monday.
