    you and everybody else want a used one because all of us need one. Good luck just bite the bullet and buy the 1000 dollar new use will fail in a few months no repair on these fridge because volvo will not sell parts to fix it.

    That isn't a surprise... as Volvo doesn't manufacture it either. I've had the original one in the truck (truck was built in Oct of 2006) and it works fine.

    Ours let go earlier on this year. Volvo wanted $1500, so screw that. Just go buy a cooler for $100.

    Yeah, I will go get the two door refer at walmart again. They only last 16 to 18 months but a real freezer is so nice to have. $160 bucks each so no big deal and fits perfectly in the slot in the 780

    The OEM Refrigerators are repairable, find out who the Manufacturer is and go to their Website and find out where it can be Serviced at. Most RV Dealers can Service the refrigerators because they are the same brands that are installed in RV's when they are new.
