Good information to know, thanks. 3 years to be fully vested is unusual from my experience. I am trying to contact a Schneider recruiter as there has been a mix up. Kimberly from Schneider called me Tuesday to ask if I would fill out an application for a OTR position in Virginia. I looked at the requirements and it said no experience needed. I filled it out and then Thursday I received an E-Mail saying I did not meet the requirements for the 3 weeks out / 5 days off experienced needed position that also was open. I called a recruiter and left a message to get back to me to find out what is going on. I hope it is just a matter of a simple mistake. I have no accidents ever and 1 ticket in my personal vehicle from October 2011. Stable work history also. I do have other offers but the more I think about long term goals Schneider seems to be the best fit for my situation.
