    Looks like Soule_Man's luck is running true as he slogs through a snow storm! I'll be following him three days behind when, hopefully, it'll be all sunshine and lollipops. My standard plan on this route is to leave the house early and run over to Moriarty, NM. From there it's all downhill to the home office in Oklahoma. I'm going to swing by the shop and get an opinion on my two Goodyear drives. I've been planning on retiring them (pun not intended) after the first of the year, but it might be better to do it now.

    Getting a 34 hour reset at home is very nice! I don't remember the last time that I was able to do this under a load. I'm going to run hard for the next couple of weeks and try to get home by the 29th. My teenage boys are flying in for New Year's in Vegas, and I hope to spend a lot of time here with them.

    We'll I pulled into the Carthage caverns to load my load for Livermore Ca. Here's to hoping I can make it into and out of the caves without incident as the snow and ice starts falling lol

    I sent them a message I used the thing in the posting section that is supposed to put up a picture! if one is looking at the "Quick Reply" area to post to this thread it is the one that looks like a picture. There is the Comic quote Bubble then an thing that looks like a piece of film then the picture that is what I put it in.

    I wanted a picture of that cactus out in front of the TA when we stopped for a banos break. Was focusing on the trees, framing the shot, so didn't notice the name on the passing truck until much later when I looked at what I shot. This was taken on Thursday the 12th of Dec at about 2 pm. What are the chances of getting a JCT truck in the shot? Couldn't have planned it better. Can't make out the truck number, darn it.

    forgot to say it was the TA near Casa Grande, off I-10

    Pretty cool how they hang the trucks way up in the air out here! Red one is in OKC, the other is in Joplin, MO.
