Apply12, if they did have bed bugs and it's mentioned on online reviews by people who stayed there then good for you. Never accept being treated like garbage.

I've never been in a position where someone has booked a cheap hotel on my behalf. I'll certainly remember this, if it ever comes up.

However, I think in your case you wouldn't want to be the standout. I'd have slept in the bathtub and let someone else do the complaining. Orientation is not the place to stand up for yourself IMHO.

 

As unbelievable as the story sounds I will back up the original poster. As luck would have it I was there and this is 100% true. Funny thing is that this is not the worst of what I observed going on at PTL.

Nice try on attempting to turn it around to make me sound like I'm the one upset but your clearly the one who is "bent out of shape" enough to write an email to them. I just can't believe that anyone would interject themselves into this over one post from someone they don't even know. You really must be bored.
