Do not drive for Wel companies

I can only say this about WEL I have worked here for a couple of years now and yes I will admit that the company has its issues like every other company out there but I am a owner operator that recently purchased a truck from them and I say that it has been a journey for me but if you go and not talk with the dm but above him/her but their supervisor about what you need to take care of your business at home and usually it can turn around in order to make money, now as a company driver your money is easy to make versus what I had to figure out the areas that makes my money and no I have not slept with anyone to achieve what I wanted, it doesn't matter your position as a driver it's all about how you conduct yourself as a business minded person to a business and that what has gotten me thru with this company as now it doesn't take a lot for me to make it now but believe me I too had to get my point across but not all companies are created equal and all are to a point all are one in the same. Safe journey and keep it between the ditches.

 

You are right, I think there was no perfect company that can give all your needs. They have a limitations for some point.

 

Very true, I have at one point been a job hopper only because I thought this or that reason or another plus listening to negative output from other drivers and they will have you leave for some of the dumbest stuff but if you build a relationship with your company things can go a lot smoother once they sense the loyality because these companies already has their projections from day one of the orientation of how many may survive within 30, 60, and 90 days and so far on thats why they push so many thru per month.
