    He's doing very good.
    Got one of the newer trucks this week and they installed his inverter. No more truck stop food : ) Thanks for the suggestion about the citrus companies.

    I don't think he is lazy or without initiative. He was going to go with CRST or Swift and my hubs told him to wait and talk to me first. Just to clarify.

    I don't mind spending a few hours researching on the computer to help somebody who doesn't have those skills. I will let him do his own talking, though : )

    You mean all the posts where a guy goofs up, hits cars and knocks down signs, gets a speeding ticket for 15 plus, and his wife comes in and downplays his goof ("he only did it once, and they fired him")and tries to find him another job?

    What is his work employment record like? Does he have any periods where he was unemployed for more than 2 weeks? If he does Prime and Maverick both won't take him. They both require you to have a perfect employment record with no gaps.

    he should be the only one that should be calling Cr England just to get the experience WITHOUT LEASING A TRUCK than after he does his few months he can swim across the pond to the better than Cr England companies.
