Pressure test your coolant cap, should hold 15 psi

that what I was thinking could it be blowing the water out the overflow going down the road because it dont have no pressure on the radiator

Just change the cap, it's cheap. My series 60 never built much pressure either.

    Leak - EGR?

I have seen detroit compressors put a little antifreeze in oil pan and air tanks at same time. But that is discovered pretty quick. I would lean more toward cap or if trans has coolant running thru it the rubber hose gets brittle and is hard to see leaking. They also like to run below the cap a little, they will get rid of what they don't want,

Have the oil analyzed at your next service interval. The sodium level will determine whether the leak is internal or external.

    jjtrucking Thanks this.
