694 miles from Laramie, WY to Battle Mountain, NV in 11 hours. 63 mph average in a 65 mph truck. Or is that not oyt west enough for you?

Ok, first, your math is a little off or you are using a screwed up map. It is exactly 2832 to Seattle to Charlotte, I have run it for weeks and has come up with the same calculations. In a straight line drawn across the map you may get that but actual miles are different! Second, WE DID NOT ABANDON ANYONE'S EQUIPMENT! I have never done it or will ever do it that way. We were let go when we pulled the load from Seattle to Charlotte. It is illegal for him to hold our last paycheck if he hasn't made any arrangements to secure equipment. The truck is sitting in Charlotte at the terminal where we always park when we come in. The first post was general info on what happened, it is not the full story. Ask questions before you blast someone about a comment they posted, it may be condensed.

I surely understand how he operates. As for the other "super" trucker, he is on the other hand not aware of our experience. I would encourage you to report him to any DOT authorities you can.

    Ladytrucker2180 Thanks this.

I have filed a complaint against him. He'll get his. Yeah, that "super" trucker may be a "desk jockey"!!

There are so many technical things involved in how fast a run can be made, load weight, engine horse power, weather. And of course how real you run your log book. This is not a competition as to who can do a run in a certain time, as you don't know all the variables we went through to make our runs. Kn ow that what he asked is illegal, and was not possible to do with the equipment, and the route given, along with fuel stops I was given. I am quite capable of running way beyond what is legal as I am sure you are too. But, I will not as I do not want to jeopardize my license.

Turn his ### in to as many people, and to Roadrunner too.

Exactly! I've never been shut down by DOT before, until I started driving for this guy. His constant pushing and complaining about us being late got on our nerves. I was lucky not to get a ticket but it did land on my CSA! I refuse to mess up my license behind a load or a carrier that can't wait for us to get it there.

I would remind roadrunner that as he is leased to them, if he and they allow and require a driver to run illegally they as well are liable

I am planning on talking to a lawyer about the whole thing. None of the terminal managers will call me back, Charlotte or Seattle.
