As far as the equipment goes, you're saying you got the equipment from Charlotte and that's where you left it? Seems strange an O/O from Sumner, WA has equipment stashed in Charlotte.

As far as the "Super Trucke" tag goes. If keeping the left door closed, actually sitting down and planning a trip, and using a bit of common sense, well I guess I' m guilty.

One last thing, someone mentioned load weight, aren't most RRTS loads around 30,000 lbs? That seems to be a none factor.

 

If you are one of those drivers that piss in bottles instead of stopping at a bathroom and don't take any breaks then I gurss you could do that. The truck we drove is locked down at 68 and slows to around 28-30 mph going uphill. You can't do anything running like that, besides who wants to sit in the seat for a month at a time, bouncing back and forth? Yeah, you qualify as a "super trucker" if you sre riding like that! As you little comment on where the truck is, we were scheduled to drop the load in Charlotte at the terminal anyway, he fired us after we got home!! The run is terminal to terminal, Charlotte to Seattle!!

But, seriously I don't need to explain any of this to you! It's being handled!!

 

Not all loads are 30, 000, plenty of them have been 40, 000!!!

Too late, the truck is at the terminal with the keys. He owes me more than $2100, more like $2700.

 

Why don't you drivers sue him in small claims court?

 

That's my next step if RRTS doesn't step up the right way or if its not resolved in a couple of weeks. Becsuse of the holiday I am giving them a little more time to get himself together! Then all bets are off!!

 

lady trucker2180 get ahold of me. allen is a deadbeat oop. he owes me 2100.00. their are other drivers he owes money too. I have an attorney who will go after him and roadrunner both for hos violations. we can get the other drivers he beat out of money and go after them. it going to be hard for them to deny when their are numerous drivers with the same issues. allen is bad news, he also gets kick backs on his fuel that he doesn't report to irs, about 22,000.00 a month. he going to get nailed for that too. I want to put this scum bag out of business. if road runner wants to cover up for him, then they can burn with him. dot was just in their doing an audit on road runner, so I'm sure they be happy to go back and get them again..........all loftis drivers who have been beat out of pay......contact me [email protected] and i'll give u my number so we can talk......this guy is going downnnnnn......

 

I will do that. Did he ever tell you that he drives 1000 miles a day? He expects all of us to do the same thing. He brags on how much money he has and how his bank allows him to get $10, 000 out of the ATM! We have after RRTS to get this soled since 12/5 and nothing is happening. Its Christmas and there are NO gifts under my tree and no one is putting on any drivers right now. I can't even borrow money for my bills! I want this SOB to pay!! My partner just moved in a new house with his family and then got fired! How is he going to pay his bills?

So I have worked for this company for the last 19 yrs and have seen drivers like these three come and go. It is amazing that Loftis trucking has been in business for 27 years and this is the first bad blog they have ever had. Must be doing something right. Mr. Fenton if you are going to tell a story tell the whole story. He deducted the tire and the stainless quarter fender due to the fact that he has you on camera not doing your PreTrip. You left out of the yard with a flat tire and destroyed the tire. Mr loftis told you to put the bad tire in the trailer and you were to lazy to do that, instead you threw it on the cat walk. Lol guess what.........the first time you turn sharp....yep trailer pushes tire into fender and she flies off. It isn't funny it IS a rookies move. Almost as funny as you putting down you have 30yrs exp. I seen your application I guess you lie about everything.
