I guess the better question is, what do you expect from each of these companies?
-
What everyone expect
great pay......great home time! LOl -
Lol, well then there ya go, call each and ask them what theyre offering!
-
Where do you live?? Having a trainer that lives in the same area as you do can make a world of difference.

I'm in decature ,GA

I've never worked for Superior but I have worked for Schneider. I got home whenever I wanted and once I proved I was willing to drive for 10-11 hours a day I got lots of miles. That's my two cents.

THanks HotH2o ,
I talked with a recruiter and what she said was that they can give me 6 preferred days of each month
I ask her if that means i can get home 2 days every week ,she said NO
Kind of confusing ,isn't it -
There probably saying it has to be 6 consecutive days off....it wouldnt be efficient to send an OTR driver home every week.

What it boils down to is the relationship you have with your dbl. I had a great relationship with mine. Sometimes I'd go home on the weekends and other times I'd stay out for 2-3 weeks. Your location will have a lot to do with getting you home too. Living in Sacramento made it easy for me to get home as I-5 is a heavy freight lane. Keep in mind though that the more time you spend at home the less money you're going to make.
