    Ok. Will post them there.

I got a bunch of calls early Saturday morning from family. My father had another heart attack and then 10 hrs later a stroke. All this while trapped in New Mexico from the ice. Its so frustrating. Hes stable but the outlook is not good. Hes tough but he has been type 1 diabetic since 1968 and his body is worn out. There is nothing left to do medically but make him comfortable.I let Abilene know and asked that this backhaul be dropped at the yard instead of us delivering tonight. Its not about me but this trip has beat me bad. All the additions changes. I have slept less than 3 hrs a day for the past 5 days. As a trainer whos truck is assigned a team load its tough. Spencer had never been west of OKC much less winter conditions. He did very well but between the weather, my family crisis and lack of sleep i am hurting. Im taking an extraday off and requested Tim keep our truck within 24 hrs of Richmond until my fathers situation resolves itself. They agreed and understood. Cant really ask for more from a company. Class act.
    Merry Christmas all!

Brin, May God be with you and your family esp your dad. It's very comforting to know that this company has your back. I wish you all Godspeed, and will be praying for you. May God bless your family through this very trying time. My best wishes to you and yours.

Brin, the load in the back just doesn't compare to the load on your shoulders! Sorry to hear about your Dad and I will pray for you and your family.

What a rough Christmas. Everything was great with the exception of my Fathers condition. On top of the heart attack last Friday and Stroke on Saturday, his liver and kidneys are failing at an alarming rate. Doc say 2-3days at most if his condition doesnt improve. Im sitting with him now thinking about my childhood and what a good dad he has been.
