Hello to all, and I need help.

I am new here and need a little help. I currently have a class a cdl w/hazmat with out my airbrake endorsemnt. Basically I have a worthless cdl. I'm currently looking for a driving job local so I can go back to school to become a diesel mechanic. However I can't even apply to any jobs because I don't have the airbrake endorsement. My current employer paid for my cdl so I could transport explosives all over the us. As said before I need a local job driving a cement truck, dump truck, whatever. How can I get my airbrake endorsement? I don't want to go over the road at all. I feel that my only option is going with a company like CR England who puts you in their school and you have to drive for them for 9 months over the road. Any advice?

 

I was under the impression that a practical was involved as well.

 

Jusy called the licensing division here in Utah and they said a practical is involved and I must have a truck equipped with airbrakes obviously to take it. This sucks pretty hard.
