Done with orientation.. Went by pretty quick n fast, guessing cause it wasn't nothing but 3 ppl in class lol. Got in truck and talk to my dispatcher for about an hour. Letting me know what he expect from me a professional driver, and what do I expect from him as my DM.. Best to start off on a good foot with your DM regardless. Left BHAM headed to Fairfield AL to get loaded Friday around 1pm heading to the house to get everything equipped and ready for a Wed morning delivery. Be Safe and HAPPY HOLIDAYS DRIVERS!!

I'm no longer with Hornady. Decent company from the view months I was there. Kept me busy. Miles started off slow but picked up quick with a lot of NE runs! I found some a little bit closer to home, a dedicated acct. Sorry for the late reply, haven't been on in a while..

    It'll go well,
They will teach you what you need to know. The guys there are really down to earth. By the way, my trk# is 1586, if you see me, you're more that welcome to pick my brain...

I've been there for 6 months and they treat me well. No "dispatcher's brains," at least not my DM... You'll probably enjoy it there, as I do... They don't force you to do anything wrong at all. You truly have the final say so in that truck.. However, we are force dispatched (Never understood that since u get paid by the mile and sitting makes no money).. Also, we have paper logs, our QC's are just for communicating, no e-logs...
