I did not know that, thanks for the advice, I had no clue about that, I figured it was healthy but I usually have ranch dressing smothered on it anyways lol so I guess I have never ate healthy when it comes to salads.

I've had to watch my weight my whole life. Got as high as 350lbs. Try to keep it around 210 now. I have acquired a taste over the years for good vinaigrettes. Olive oil is a good fat, unless you go crazy with it. It is simple to take a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and add whatever you like. Dijon mustard, honey, shallots, citrus fruit, etc. Makes a tasty and much healthier dressing. Too bad chicken fried steak, ranch dressing, carrot cake, and all my other favorites aren't as good. Have to limit them to about once a month. -
What ? Carrot cake doesn't count as a serving of vegetables??? ######!

Sure it does after you eat your vegetables.....LOL -

My sister worked for flying J in Franklin Ky I65 x2 i think, maybe x6...but quit after they MADE her fry chicken that was spoiled because it had sat out to long. She got sick for a week from handling it.
Ive eaten at a few flying J's and have had the worst experince with food from them, havent ate at one in over 8 months from it.
They have the WORST food in my opinion...but you eat it up if you like! -

Flying J in West Memphis AR is a hole its absolutely the filthiest and worst service. The food took an hour to get and was pretty bad nasty. Hate to say it but I felt discriminated against there.
