Container locks get in the way of what? I was under the impression the dropped down into the floor like my pocket chains?
-
Cluck Cluck and MackDaddyMark Thank this.

3x4x8 and 4x4x8 same idea except uses 12' of deck space so hang over the front just enough so you can still get the glad hands off/on. -
Flightline Thanks this.

Container locks belong on a chassis
Blind Driver and Flightline Thank this. -
3x4x8 are about 7 1/2' long I have. Every guy that I loaded hung over the front a little and off the back of the top deck with a load leveler.

You state that you want to attach a beavertail thus building a 53' trailer. You need to thik about your kingpin setting cause now your dealing with a whole new set of regulation.
-
I was going to do that if I bought a 48' trailer but I found a 53' instead.
