Would anyone know what hours the CB shop guy here at the Petro in Carlisle, PA?
-
He hangs out on channel 2. If you're there, might as well go in and see.

lol ignore that...just went in to get me a drink and I stopped by...he doesnt return till 2nd of Jan. So it looks like I just might have to stop by a cb shop on my way to Charlotte tomorrow. Hopefully where I want to mount my antenna it will work.

Jnaum...Rick is a good and smart guy..He knows his electronic..If you can go back to rick at the petro...What ever you do DONT let the guy that the cb man (handle that is and not rick fr ricks radio in petro)uses tune your hot dog....I watched him try for 10min tune a guys ant next to a building and the truck had its doors open and trk n trl were on an angle...
He couldnt get it down much with his $19.99 truck stop swr meter..Go friggin figure..The cb man didnt impress me either..He turned up same guys radio sittin in his van(drivers seat) and all he did was snip a wire, max out the pod for modulation and then turn it back a lil and asked for radio chk..
I had to walk away but i did warn the other guy that it didnt seem to help..
That cb man in a van just strikes me as a hack...Crawls outa bed with last weeks clothes still on,drinks coffe left from last weeks stop at the j and in the van to sell stuff...
I dont know if its stolen or what but he does sell at a low price..Maybe he knows his stuff to but im not given him or the ant guy any of my business...Personally,ricks radio is where ill go back to every time..
