That sucks AZS. I hope they can get to it sooner than later. I hear that they are getting rid of most of the 9002xx series trucks at the beginning of the year. Which would include my 379 which has over 800,000 miles on it.

Merry Christmas everyone! Does LST have you running during Christmas! I am hauling crude on both days.
dawgtrucker and AZS Thank this. -
yup they'll keep you out if you want, might not be driving anywhere though lol. I got the truck out of the shop this morning (fuel pressure issue, no one bothered to tell me more than that) then had to hurry and go load pipe in Reno headed to Tucson, that will get me home but not till the 25th. No biggie. Didn't make it far though, noticed two tires coming apart on the trailer so got those swapped.
djtrype Thanks this. -
Glad you got out the shop man.
I just got home at 8pm. Made my delivery in Waco and deadheaded me home from there. I'm not complaining. Leave back out Friday. Be safe out there!AZS Thanks this. -
Does the LST driving test require much backing. I never back a spread axle before. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Start orientation with LST on the 6th of January

A little bit, but they don't concentrate so much on backing.

Anyone know if they take new drivers? Been OTR dry van for 4 months with about 40,000 miles driven. Looking to get into heavy haul just not sure of the bigger flat bed companies...I'm hearing miles for them are getting lower.

Have to have at least a year experience
BDJ Thanks this. -
