I worked for K & B about 3 1/2 years ago for 9 months. constantly telling me to use my offduty time @ the shipper or recievers. I gave my notice after they told me if I did not falsify my logs to get to Laredo on time they did not know when they could give me my home time. falsifying logs was an everyday thing for them. I would not recommend this company .

 

I also took the truck back to them and they still put unauthorized use of equipment on my DAC report . after I delivered my load down the street from the yard and bobtailed 1/2 a mile .

 

So you was at shp and receivers,did you remain onduty the entire time there?If so why?Far as kb or dispatcher coming right out and telling you to falsify logs,I personally don't believe it because they've never even hinted around to me to run illegal.But if you say that's true,why didn't you report the person?

 

DACfix.com claims "We have an average success rate of 70% in removing inaccurate/false information such as abondonments, incidents/accidents, company policy violations to name a few."

They don't say how many cases they actually handle so I don't know what 70% is but it does imply that DAC reports can be cleaned up.

 

Are you saying someone who owns their own truck doesn't own their own business?
