After looking at many different companies I made the decision to go to work for DeBoer Transportation. They put everything in writing in an offer of employment. I dont expect there to be any surprises.

As far as the main things I need to know, I have them in writing before going to orientation.
After driving for 12 years, yeah I know its trucking you have to expect the unexpected. I meant surprises about pay or any of the other things that would make some drivers leave orientation.

Aren't they really all the same? You have to find the level of B.S. you can put up with. After a month of interviewing companies that I could go to work with I believe I can put up with them.

Hope it works out but why a starter company? How much do they pay for exp drivers? Just because you have it in writing doesn't mean its set in stone. But again hope this company is the right fit for what you want.

Haaa thanks Patty for the kind and also negative words. .405 for over 10 years experience.
I am not a newbie I have been driving for right at 13years and have been around trucking since I was 13 and getting under my dads trucks to grease them. I dont know everything there is to know about trucking I am still learning every day. You can bet your ### that I did my homework and made a decision that I can "hopefully" live with.

I will keep you up to date orange picker. I started this because there isn't much info here on them. I know their CSA scores are very good.
