For me there is NO!!! Choice. Family comes first. The last time I went to an orieantion I made that abundantly clear. They have challenged my word one time. They also found out that I will keep my word I did just what I said I would do. The general manager apolised and I was told it won't happen again. I was told to talk to him if if it does. As a driver you need and have to stand up to the office. Most of the people in that office have no clue what we do let alone what we go thru everyday. There are a lot of jobs out there. Some good some better some worse. Like I tell a lot of people. Even the dispatch I was looking for a job when I got this one. I'm not afraid to look for another one. Most important thing is keep your word if you tell them anything make sure you have the nerve and ability to back it up

 

dont waste your time here...they are so desperate for drivers and will say/do anything to get you in
iffy equipment..might be ok might not be ok damaged empty dropped trailers...
I would suggest not applying at this place
they do go further east than Philly and getting hometime sounds like a pain in the ### to get
just call and ask to talk to Dave in the shop..he can fill you in on the 73 drivers a month they mardch in the facility...apparently most walk out before orientation is finished..I didnt have a good experience..i left after 3 days..what does that tell you..you can find a way better place to work at..but thats just me i saw one too many red flags and said ##### THIS...hasta baby...good luck

This is a great company to work for have been with Doug for over 30 years in my career. THere are bad days and good days that is trucking will say my paycheck has never been late and i get home whenever i need to be there and im treated with respect. I can go to Marci and Doug and they will help me. Gary James
