Where can someone post a car to move that a car hauler can respond directly to rather than having to go though a broker, so that the driver gets the whole payment. I mean, it seems that all the info the customer and transporter need to be sure that each of them is on the up and up could be found or exchanged on the web. Why pay a broker who takes a cut of the profit for just posting the load on a board where the transporter reads it, when the transporter can do the same? Can anyone tell me the name of a site I can go where the customer and transporter talk directly? Thanks for your help.

Have you tried Uship ? Haulers bid on moving your car. But be careful, read the reviews of whoever you hire.

Frank, there's transporter based websites out there, and there's even a few spots on Facebook, where you can approach us directly. I hear ya on cutting out the middle man- granted they have a place in the industry- but when they get too greedy it's hard to take a load from them. From where to where you looking to transport a vehicle?

Central Dispatch is the primary loadboard most car haulers use to find loads. If you ship on a regular basis, it might be worth the money to subscribe. You can also do a search for car haulers or auto transport and come up with some names.

FrankE, are you a car hauler or are you a customer looking for a car hauler to move a car for you?
