I don't fit into that most of you category.Im saying if this driver /op is overweight that could very well be the reason why he doesn't drive all his available hrs.I know drivers that don't drive much because they are overweight and gets tired too fast.As a trk driver you were hired to deliver and pick up freight and be able to perform every duty pertaining to your job.If you can't do your job the way your company ecspects then you need to find another line of work. One thing this industry is not is sympethetic to how the driver feels.I know you was just making a comment.Thats what the forum is all about giving suggestions, advice comments and opinions.

Well Kemosabe you just seem to be running your mouth at the time and making assumptions about things they in the context of what was written. You shouldn't be making assumptions about. I was asking the guy a serious question about his health, and you somehow took that as a shot about fat people. So get your facts straight, before you get on your soap box tonto :)

one thing your good at is name calling huh assumption I don't think so most people in America most not meaning all is overweight by 5 or 10 lb no assumption there if you do go by the government standard as weight to height ratio most are overweight that is all I was saying seems like you get your feeling hurt when someone doesn't agree with you are states something otherwise

you seem to be the one with a problem you seem to have a problem with anyone who does think just like you not me I did nothing wrong by stating my comment nor did you I'm sure everything you do in life is the right way and the only way everyone should do it huh

I bet you two see's someone who is not as skinny as you two are and think there just trash of the earth gross as hell

Well silver drifter. I hope you don't take any offence to anything I say. I'm just having a little fun. I'll probably be in the hall way if I continue these conversations. So I guess I better get to going

I gotta be in "Sacramento by morning" These hear " 18 wheel's and dozen roses. I got 10 more miles on this 4 day run. A few more songs on the all night radio and I get to woop woop with the one that I love K Wopper style. No what i'm talking about. Come on beeeak. We back quiet.

Youre not half the man you used to be. Congrats. Deep breath, enhance your calm. Better? Good!

I think we can all agree that 80% on time is unacceptable. It would be like a running back not fumbling the ball 80%. So do you think you guys scared OP off or do you think OP will come back to figure out what he's doing wrong?

Wow, what a response! Let me clarify a few things. First, I have 3 years experience driving local flatbed, not-for-hire. 2013 is my first year as OTR. So I have a total 4 years driving a simi-truck, of 8 months OTR.

second: at my company, the man in the office is called a Driver Business Leader (DBL). He works out of a terminal office. He does not dispatch loads to me. That comes from the corporate office. So he is not my dispatcher. Perhaps I should call him manger from now on.

Third: I am in good physical condition, 5'9" 145 lbs. There is a photo of me on my member page if you want to see my image.

like most big carriers now a days, electronic logs are my record of HOS. For the most part I like e-logs, however, when you run out of hours, thats it, your in violation. It's not as flexible like paper logs.

thanks to all who have posted. I will continue to monitor here.
