Where is everyone #2!!

I was looking forward to leaving out in the morning, and taking these 12' wide plates to Houston over 4 days, but mother nature has other plans I guess. Been snowing non-stop for over 24hrs now, and supposed to be lake effect all day tomorrow. So it looks like I'll have to leave Friday morning and haul ### to H-Town. I need to deliver Monday morning, so i can reload for Savanah.

Oh, and I have to re-order my AR permit because it's only good till end of day on Saturday... fun fun

 

The Handford site with the big "Y" barrier? I hauled silos out there. Are they still "Reengineering" that place?

 

Had a scare a couple days ago. Was stuck at a truckstop a couple days ago. Got bored and went walking around. Saw a building with flashing lights...looked like a strip club. I walk in. It was one of those DVD places, but they had less than 30 DVDs. There were a bunch of old farts standing around lined up down a hallway. "What the heck kind of place is this?" Everyone's looking at me."Did I do something wrong?" I walk around the main lobby, but whatever everyone was there for was down the long hallway (cue ThreeDogNight's "Mama Told Me Not To Come.")

I'm a little slow in some things, but I noticed what looked like the alpha male. He looked like Elton John trying to win a Little Richard lookalike contest. "Door. Where's the door? I think I am at the wrong party. I need to get out of here before they start scratching each other."

Well, stuck at the home 20 still. getting cabin fever.... really hope this lake effect snow quits so i can get my ### down to Houston.
