I don't see it as "wigglin' around". He was overtaking another truck, saw the oncoming wrong way pickup truck and immediately applied brakes and moved in behind the other truck, then saw the SUV overtaking him and rightly assumed the SUV would need room to get out of the way and moved over onto the side, then caught a bit of soft shoulder and did well to keep it straight and level until he came to a stop.

He did a great job of avoiding a bad situation, and not turning it into a worse situation.

I don't see it as him "wigglin around" either. Lepton1 said it best, and what I concur.
The "wiggle" you saw was Risinger making his initial lane change into the right lane, very briefly holding straight just before he saw the SUV was STILL in the left lane on the collision course, he had to do his 2nd "lane change" onto the shoulder.

I also think he did a great job of keeping it fairly straight on that softer shoulder.
Plus the fact that he moved quickly to the shoulder shows that he was not only aware of the danger ahead of him, but also what was to his aft side (the SUV still on a collision course).

There is a big problem with wrong way drunk driving in Texas. A recent one involved a head on with a Semi. You can guess the outcome.

It looks like Risinger did a great job to me. Handled it like I thought they should.

I am also not used to being that close to the back end of another truck.

but wrong way driving .... in the middle of the day? how many people had they run out of the fast lane already?
